These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the terms and conditions for your use of my Discord bot and related features ("Features") accessible via www.clipmanager.net.
By accessing or using the Features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Personal data will be processed per my Privacy Policy.
I may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Notify me immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Free tier: Basic Features at no cost.
Premium tier: Monthly or annual billing with additional Features. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Features. All source code, trademarks, and content remain my property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase date if Premium Features have not been used. Additionally, a 7-day money-back guarantee applies if you’re unsatisfied.
The Features are provided “as is” without warranties. I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages. You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims arising out of your use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, except for EU consumers entitled to local protections. Disputes should be resolved amicably; EU consumers may use the European ODR platform.
